No PTT on Tuner XL

Occasionally when I key my 6600, I get a message in a red font on the Tuner display that says NO PTT. No power comes out of the tuner or the amp. This happens once every 20 or 30 key downs, not every time. I saw a message from another ham after this weekend's contest that he had the same issue. Is this something identified and being fixed by Flex? Is there a setting I'm missing to eliminate the problem?

I could not find a thread on it here.

what amp? What is radio TX delay set for? Also how is PTT interconnected?

Hi Dave -

All Flex gear here. Flex radio, amp, tuner. The PTT is via network. The delay is set at 20 mS in the radio.

I would suggest opening a Help Desk ticket.

I am using 20 ms TX delay in SmartSDR with PGXL and SO2R TG XL. I have not run into that issue. Maybe network issues? If you like, feel free to also e-mail me direct. I am willing to take a look as another set of eyes to check your settings. I’m good on QRZ.

Same issue here, opened ticket after WWDX SSB Contest, it was hard to operate with that intermittent interrupts. Had to release foot switch and activate it to continue.
