3 red flashes - My Flex Radio doesn't boot up

in FLEX-6000 Signature Series
When I start up the readio I get the normal green flashed then it turns into 3 red flashing lights. I installed version 3.2.39. Thats when I noticed this problem. Maybe it didnt install propoerly? Hopefully it can be reversed. Thanks

    The first thing to try is a factory reset. Check the manual for your radio on how to do it. If you still have the problem after a reset, you should submit a help desk ticket.
