Flexradio 3000 is recognized as Flex 5000

Options
Hello everyone, have a problem. I bought a Flex 3000 and the wrong firmware was installed on it. it is recognized as a Flex 5000. if I now want to install the original firmware.bin it refuses to do so in the firmware uploader. Can someone send me the update program with which I can simply copy the Flex 3000 firmware over it?

    OM Sven,

I suggest to fill in a help ticket with Flex about this matter and follow their instructions. If something is done incorrectly.

Your radio can become a "door stopper" and consequently, never usable. Alternatively, seek advice from an OM in Germany who is servicing Flex radios.

    Sven,
Were you able to acquire the fix from FLEX tech? I have the same issue with one of the 3000s I received from my best friend's estate.
