It is up to the operator to ensure they operate their radio to match the terms of their license.

It will be useful if the TX Band settings will fork similar to the Max power settings, or even better if we can set up the max power from the PA per band while is integrated with the SmartSDR

you can do that now, click on settings then click on TX Band settings and simply set it there for each band.
Not sure if this is what you want but if not FRStack will do power drive settings between Amp Drive or Barefoot.

That solution almost is what I want, but the settings are not persistent, as long as you move the power slider on the main smart SDR screen above the max tx power you have selected for that particular band, that value on TX Band will get overwritten
If the TX per band will work the same way as the total output power on the SmartSDR settings but per each band will be brilliant
