Hi all I had to **** dc power to finish the upgrade but CAT wont load UNHANDLED ERROR message.

Thoughts?

    Did you read the release notes before installing? This situation was covered in the release notes. The new version of SmartSDR v3.2.31 has an updated FlexVSP driver that is not downward compatible with previous versions of SmartSDR. I suspect you are running an older version of CAT. The version number is in the unhandled exception and it if is not v3.2.31, that is your issue. Make sure you are running the new v3.2.31 version of CAT.

    I saw that in the notes BUT Icon says 3.2.31 What more should I check?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
