No microphone audio

I am not getting any microphone audio using SmartSDR for windows. Microphone works fine when just using the Maestro. Microphone is selected in menu and Mic stream is on in DAX. Any suggestions to the proper settings?

Hi Doug, What radio and software revision are you using? Where is the mic connected (some Flex radios have multiple mic connectors)? Are you using a USB mic plugged into the PC?

Depending on the answers, turning on DAX could be the problem or the solution.

The mic is connected to the RJ45 connector on the Maestro and it works find when just using the Maestro. Not using any mike plugged into the computer.

    Hi Doug,

It may be that you need to go to the multiFLEX dashboard and set PTT to your Maestro. You may also need to drop down the MIC selector to choose the Maestro mic. On my 6400 (no Maestro) my options are MIC, ACC or PC. I am not sure what your choices will be if you have the Maestro connected using multiFLEX, I don't have one to test this out with.

Silly question, how do I access the multiflex dashboard. I don't see it anywhere?

Settings, multiFLEX from SmartSDR. I am not sure if there is a corresponding Maestro menu.
