everything is reset

This has happened twice which is why I am posting here. Today I turned on the radio and Maestro and selected my usual selections on the Maestro "Connect 6600" and then software 2.6.2. When everything came up all the settings, power levels etc had been reset. This is the second time this has happened. What is starting to fail here is my question?

I know set up and load profiles but I've been just fine setting things and coming back where I left off the day before. The settings should not be changing.

Rig 6600, Maestro A, SW 2.6.2. I will note that I just turned everything off including the PS and restarted. Now the rig/Maestro shows the last freq I operated on with the correct power levels, amp PTT turned on etc.... The PS was left on last night.

Hi Mike, it could be the timing of your shut down sequence. My 6400 retains its settings when I shut it down as follows.

    1 Shut down SmartSDR.

2 Power off the radio using either the front panel power button or the remote on switch.

3 Wait for the blinking green power light to extinguish.

4 Shut off computer and other stuff to make sure the rig has truly completed its shutdown sequence (i.e. wait a min or so after the green light goes out).

    5 Turn off power supply.

    Hopefully this will help.

Thanks. I'll keep a closer watch and see if I notice any anomalies.
