I was pleased to provide my observations, I provided my personal observations which were relevant to the 6400 and 6600 reliability questions, topic. I believe that MARS support issues are technical issues.

I have no wish to hear more about your experiences Pat. Have read most of it here at the community.  You must be the most unlucky Flex owner I have ever heard of.

I'm a very happy Flex owner and do hope my experience with my 6700 will stay that way.

Good luck Pat, I wish you all the best in the future. I really do hope your problems will be sorted and solved.

I found the FRS software quite good. But my 6700....since returned.... had poor automatic notch filters. DSP noise reduction wasn’t great. Finally the D Star dongle didn’t work at all On the positive side the recover was really sensitive!! To much so I could hear folks that must have been using a boat anchor!! The receivers really are quite good. Hooking up for digital stuff is fantastically easy Hardware is quite reliable HTH Peter
