Most likely not getting the laptop mic (if that is what you are using) electronically attached to the app. From SmartSDR a) make sure "PC Audio" button near the main volume controls is pressed (it turns blue) b) in the "P/CW" settings window, select "PC" for the mic, not "mic" which is the radio boxes front mic jack, telling it to use your built-in laptop mic c) as Ross Lambert pointed out in the same P/CW settings window, DAX must be pushed (it turns blue).
On the laptop, make sure the laptop mic isn't muted and the P/CW is still active so you can see your mic audio level and compression. Turn the RF power down to zero, hit the MOX and adjust the level so you are getting a line or two of compression. If you aren't seeing audio, you will need to look into the windows side of mic settings.
Starting with the most likely things not set up right. If this doesn't work, let us know there are more things that could snag up the audio, but these are the things to try first.

You are welcome. I cannot tell you how many times I have had no output and then remember to check the DAX button! :-) Good luck and have fun! 730
