Flex 6600 V 2.6.1 running well with Windows 10 Pro V 1909 since 12/13/19
Today I updated to V 2.6.2 and now SSDR will not launch "SDR has lost connection to radio" followed by flashing red light on the radio. I have tried cold reboot with no success

Make sure your clicking on the correct icon, and do a factory reset, not just a scold re boot

How many red flashes is the radio doing? Single, two, three? There should be a pattern.

Pull DC power from the radio for at least 30 seconds and reapply power. If you have a backup of your profiles do a factory reset by holding the power button in while applying power until the power button starts flashing white. Once booted, import your profiles.
