Changed cable modems and now no Smartlink access

I have been running a Arris SB6141 cable modem with my IQ router for a few years with no issues using Smartlink.  I am running SmartSDR 3.1.12.  Yesterday, I changed cable modems from a Arris SDB6141 to a Arris SBV2402 fully supported by Comcast.  No other changes were made.  I can communicate with the Flex 6500 on my internal network.  However I cannot contact the 6500 via Smartlink.  The cable modem is a basic modem with no bridging mode.
Many thanks for suggestions.

Well, thanks to my neighbor W4AX, Mack, the problem is solved.  All I had to do is un-register and re-register on the Smartlink server.  Sorry for the bandwidth.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
