greeen blinking light over and over after update to 3.1.11

I was upgrading the radio to 3.1.11 and at the end it blinking Red over and over. I reboot the radio from cold start. Smart SDR connected one time it said version 3.1.11  after computer reboot and radio again this time Green blinking for 3 minutes then it goes amber.Radio will not boot up anymore HELP!

    forth reboot and it's back up operational I need a cold drink after this.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
