Yes but assumption is antenna is resonant to both bands- If not you likely have an internal or external antenna tuner which really should be set to bypass if receiving two bands sumutaniously since antenna tuners can act as filters for the bands they are not tuned to. When you go to transmit, need to make sure you are turned. You can also set up multiple icons of wsjtx on the desktop. I have a wsjtx a , b, c , d.

    Tnx Dwayne.
The problem that appears is the WSJT windows are: Only one windows shows that Slice-A is enabled. The other window does not show the Slice-B and the "DECODE" is permanently activated and received nothing.
I have separate antenna and towers.

Weird! I have a 6600 and up to four slices active. Each has the WSJTX Slice x at the top of the screen. version 0.10.7c of Slice Master.
If you are desperate, you can run multiple copies of WSJT-X and FLDIGI by copying the icon... https://www.k0pir.us/two-instances-of-wsjt-x-running-simultaneously-with-two-radios-two-antennas/ FLDIGI has a similar setup where you can specify a different config directory.

Too funny... I had left this setup running today, 10M lit up and I had a QSO with both Fiji and Brazil on FT8 from my QTH in Redondo Beach, California. Awesome!
