JA Low band expanded - TURF file update?

JA Low bands, 160 and 80m are expanded a little bit as of today - though it is very fragmented.
How does Flex update TURF file? Are there any official process to change TURF? I only have a copy of Government gazette in Japanese.
It expands 3500-3575 => 3500-3580! very critical for FT8 operation on 80m.

Please open a support ticket and it would help if you can provide a copy of the new regulations for reference. A legal/government document is required.
