6400 transverter

Flex 6400. 2 meter transverter question. I looked for an answer in the hardware manual and the SmartSDR manual - couldn't find the frequency capability of the transverter port.  Of course, I need 28 to 32Mhz for the full 2 meter coverage. But frequency 30-32Mhz are out of the Ham bands. I was thinking that the software would prohibit any transmit in the 30-32Mhz range.

Will the 6400 transmit out the XVRT port  28- all the way thru 32Mhz?

I don't have the transverter yet - just trying to reduce my ignorance here.

I'm sure the 6400 would be the same as the 6500, which is 28-54MHz.

The XVTR port will transmit on just about every frequency the radio can receive, with the exception of frequencies below 100 kHz.
