tx1/tx2 always closed

hey all
today I turned on my flex6700 and it looks like both ports rca Tx1 and tx2 are always closed (TX), didn't touched anything.
Tx3 works fine as usual, I've tried to go through menus (tx band setting & co), but no way, only the tx3 rca works proprely allowing me to operate with ext amplifier.
Any tips?

    Hi Marco

Can you tell me what devices (amplifier?) you had hooked up to TX1 and TX2 when it was working?

You may  want to reset the radio.

Export your profiles to your PC.

    Reset the radio:

    • Press and hold the OK button while pressing and releasing the Power button.
    • Release the OK button once the power LED turns white and allow the radio to continue booting normally.
Restart the radio and go into TX Band Info and turn on TX1 and TX2 if you use both and retest.

If it still fails, then you will need to open up a support ticket.  If it works, let us know and import the profiles you have saved.

    hey Mike.
I literally flipped out today with this story...

At the end I had the idea to test the ports with an hometer and they were all ok, so checked the cable and there was a resistance on it probably a "false contact" but it was not shortcutted.
Changed the cable and all ok.

What really confused me was the fact it was ok on tx3RCA therefore I didn't suspected any hw issue, But it was....

    Thks for coming back

    Hi Marco!

That is good news and good work with the Ohm meter.  You can solve a lot of problems with one!
