      Hi Joe

      If you require MARS, please open a support case.

      They will ask for a current copy of your MARS license.  You will also need to have the optional RF filter board installed.

      I think Flexradio does not have to decide on which bands we use our equipment, it should give the mod march like any other company

      Actually Jean, I have very first hand experience of a Company being Fined very big money by the FCC for 11 meter devices they only shipped out of the US into Canada.  

      Fortunately, I was not part of it, but I know the fines that the importer had to pay and it was well into 6 figures.  He had to sell everything he owned and his business and start over after declaring bankruptcy.  

      While the amateur world feels it is a trivial issue, it is far from trivial in the legal world.
