How to establish separate receive and transmit antennas with a 6600 GPSDO?

I have a 6600 with GPSDO and I would like to add a preamp to my receive antenna. What is the preferred way of setting antenna 1 for transmission and antenna 2 for reception? Thank you.

Hi Justin
The GPSDO has nothing to do with the HF operation of your radio, so you can leave that alone.
In the 6600 on SmartSDR, the Red is for TX antennas and the Blue is for RX antennas.
