SSDR fails to start correctly the first time I start it.

SSDR fails to start correctly the first time I start it. It does not come up on the computer screen and when I tell it to connect it gives an error that it can't connect the same radio to the same computer. I have to shut it down and restart the Flex again and it will usually start correctly the second time. Using a Flex 6400 with a Windows 10 desktop computer.

Here's what I would do. Note that this is not canon, but isn't harmful. It sounds like an installation issue to me.

Back up your profiles if you have any yet.

Get a program like Revo uninstaller. set it up to uninstall, then do a deep scan. Then remove everything Flex from your computer. After removal and before the scan, Flex software tell you you need to reboot. Do not reboot yet.

Run the scan and delete all the bolded flex items. Then reboot.

As well, reset your 6400. When starting up, hold the power key until it shows white instead of green. Let it go through the process.

    It's what I call scorched earth removal/reinstall.
