I just bypass the built in pre amp and it works fine with my 6400. I figure there is enough equilization in the Flex.

Thank you Craig. Are you using it through the Maestro?

When connected to Maestro, I am not able to activate the PTT and no audio goes through if MOX is pressed.

Gents, that you for your kind support. I did a lot of testing and was finally successful to make the M-100 work with the Maestro. In summary, even though Maestro has 5V on one of its pins, but once the M-100 is connected the voltage drops to 2V. There is definitely a need for external power source instead of the Maestro power source and Microphone works like a charm. I put together a cable taking its power source for a battery pack. imageimage
