ATU command issue

When I use Wireshark to watch the atu commands between my Flex-6500 and SmartSDR I see what seems to be a bug. Here's a sequence that I recorded, I've left out all of the packets that aren't of interest.
C596|atu bypass
....
R596|50001000|.
...
C598|atu start.
...
R598|50001000|.
Notice that both the "bypass" and "start" commands receive a non-zero reply (50001000 in this case).
Shouldn't the reply value be zero since the commands are valid (and my radio did what was expected for each command)?
I'm using SmartSDR v2.3.9 on Windows 10 v10.0.17134

This is quite likely a bug in the response. I've added this to our bug tracker as #6787.0
