Is the Help Desk functioning. I have sent in two requests and they are not showing up as "Open" under my activities.

Did you get any confirmation on the screen and/or email that the request submitted succesfully? They should show in the list. You may want want to use the Contact US page or give them a call.

No confirmation when I submitted it or by email. Calling them.0

They dont take real calls no more, but you can leave a message if your lucky. They said open a help desk ticket its faster and replaces the phone calls. Everything should have a back up.0

Yeah, I did leave a message with the operator and got a confirmation email a few minutes later. Apparently, the help desk is not functioning.1

Well I submitted a help desk request and got an almost immediate answer. So I think it does work!0

I have always gotten quick responses. I have assumed an email response was automatically generated. I was not complaining. I was questioning if the service was down. I called the company yesterday and while I was unable to talk to tech support directly and operator took my information and I received an immediate email confirmation and later in the day an email from tech support.0
