Is the Help Desk functioning. I have sent in two requests and they are not showing up as "Open" under my activities.

    Did you get any confirmation on the screen and/or email that the request submitted succesfully? They should show in the list.  You may want want to use the Contact US page or give them a call.

    No confirmation when I submitted it or by email. Calling them.

    They dont take real calls no more, but you can leave a message if your lucky. They said open a help desk ticket its faster and replaces the phone calls. Everything should have a back up.

    Yeah, I did leave a message with the operator and got a confirmation email a few minutes later. Apparently, the help desk is not functioning.

    Well I submitted a help desk request and got an almost immediate answer. So I think it does work!

    I have always gotten quick responses. I have assumed an email response was automatically generated. I was not complaining. I was questioning if the service was down. I called the company yesterday and while I was unable to talk to tech support directly and operator took my information and I received an immediate email confirmation and later in the day an email from tech support.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
