Hi there,

Just wanted to ask if anyone else has ever seen their Flex 6300 not boot up then take for ever to boot up and when it did boot up all settings were missing including profiles static ip address ect. I managed to get it all back up and running but I am concerned there may be an underlying issue.

As a wild suggestion, it could be your powersupply in not clean or, perhaps, intermittent. I wouldn't hurt to check with another power supply.

Thanks for the suggestion, I take it you mean the internal PSU?

Can you estimate how long it took to boot and was the power LED blinking?

OK this has now stopped booting up and when trying to do a factory reset by holding the on/off button for five seconds the white light starts flashing but then the radio just sits there. been left on in this state for 15 minuets? So I have opened a service call. do all uk rigs still have to go to Germany for repair/servicing?
