Confirm your default Windows Audio Device. It may have been changed by "something."

What OS version? Did you get a "helpful" update?

    That's not a question, that a statement.
You need to provide more information other than "Its broke".

Anthony people are happy to help but you have to meet us half way.
Screen shots, configuration information, steps you have tried so far... something.

Please see my comment above -- sometimes Windows gets an itch, and scratches it by reconfiguring COM ports and default audio devices. Check your settings to confirm they are what you believe they should be.

    Good luck.

@Anthony...  What audio device is WSJT-X set to open upon start?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
