Another FM Repeater feature for the wish list?

Here's, possibly, a new entry for the wish list for FM Repeater capability.
I was considering how nice it would be to have an audio notch filter set to the PL tone of a given Repeater, so that when they set their PL tones REAL loud it isn't heard in their audio signal.
I realize that something like that can be done with equalizer settings, but I have found that I need more than a -10 dB to banish these low pitched tones.
Maybe someone can throw it on the pile of other SSDR tweaks that would make the SSDR an even better experience?

Just a little bump on this topic to remind FRS that I, as well as my low priority request, are alive and well...
One year later and nuthin' much done about FM Repeater capability.
Some repeater tones are deafening! And tweaking the general audio receiver audio equalizer only helps a little.
In addition, wouldn't it be nice if there was a PL squelch on receive? Fusion repeaters transmit both in digital C4FM and analog FM and the only way to squelch the digital noise is by detecting the lack of an analog repeater's PL tone??????
They sell $200 radios that can do this magic (please don't tell me to buy one) - shouldn't my 6700 learn this trick before SSDR 7.xx ?
Respectfully,
