com port error after update win 10

Hello to all. Yesterday I updated my win 10 pro to the latest version (10.0.14393).
After upgrading all virtual serial ports created by FlexRadio virtual serial port give all this error: <not start this hardware device. The configuration information in the registry is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)>
It has happened to someone? What should I do ?
I have a Flex 6500 and the latest version of SmartSDR 1.8.4

    Uninstall SDR/VSP software and reinstall... This is a common problem after OS upgrades...

    Look at all the threads on the right hand column on this page for advice ======>> An increasingly common problem. Blowing up virtual COM port assignments is something that Windows 10 is VERY good at.

    I just did not follow all the steps for uninstalling SmartSDR.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
