Can not connect to radio

When trying to connect to radio I get "A Fatal Error Has Occurred  The Maximum Number of Clients has been reached.  It does show as availible on my list of radios.  
Flex 6700
SSDR 1.5
Windows 8.1

    Are you running any other software that connects to the radio?

    No sir.  restarted radio and computer.  I got it to connect once more by pulling power.  Tried to connected shut down SSDR and restarted and could not reconnect

    If it still will not connect after the cold boot, please open a HelpDesk ticket so we can do some one-on-one troubleshooting.

    It seems to be working for the moment.  Will monitor.  These flex radios take a different set of troubleshooting skills.  tnx Tim

    Ok. I think you had a hung session and the cold boot (removing power) should have cleared it out. If it happens with any regularity something is going on that we will need to figure out.
