Mode changes to CW when tuning close to panadapter window edge

When I tune a Slice rx (either by dragging or via the FlexControl) and approach either the top or bottom sides of the panadapter the cursor will jump back to the center of the pandadpter window and the mode will reset to CW (if I am not in CW mode already).

Bug or feature? If the later, how do I turn it off?

    Hi Bill,

I don't have a solution, but I can verify that my rig does the same thing.

should have said "left or right" instead of "top or bottom", FYI

This sounds like band persistence of some sort, as I cannot reproduce the described behavior on my 6700.  Make sure that third-party applications are not connected to or interfaced with the radio as they could be driving this behavior.

Thanks Tim, that solved the problem for me.

If I have SDR Bridge and CW Skimmer running at the same time, the mode will switch to CW when tuning near the edge of the panadapter.
