Unhandled Error (non-UI thread)

SmartSDR 1.3.8
Lenovo IdeaCentre M92P
Windows 7
Computer connected to 6700 via a Cisco SG200-08 switch.
Only apps running are SmartSDR, CAT, and DAX - other than typical Windows background seervices like McAfee anti-virus etc. 
Only time I see this error is when SmartSDR is running, and clicking on OK closes SmartSDR.
I am repeatedly getting the error shown in this photo. Any ideas on the cause and correction?image

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
