I have to ask....On SmartSDR, at the top right, is the headphone slider turned up and not muted?

    Steve,
Yes, that's the way I use mine.....slider adjusted for headphone audio level and the speaker icon un-clicked. I'm trying to think of something else that would mute your audio from the head phones but nothing comes to mind.

Well I guess it's time for a reset then. You could reset the rig back to factory defaults by holding down the front button for 5+ seconds while turning it on then let it reload SSDR.  This is assuming you have already rebooted etc.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
