Unable to submit a pre-sales help desk request

The submission form at http://helpdesk.flexradio.com/hc/en-us/requests/new will not accept a "Pre-Sales Inquiries" Ticket Type for Flex 6300 without providing a valid serial number, which is a required field.  Suggest that the Web form be programmed such that serial number is NOT a required field for Pre-Sales Inquiries.  Otherwise, it seems pretty much impossible to actually submit a pre-sales inquiry.

    Try None for the serial number,  but maybe a little hic-up in the pre-sales form.  Email me direct ,  I'll help get your question answered.

    Barry - The instruction below the serial number field state:

    "Enter the serial number of your FlexRadio SDR including the dashes (Enter "None" if not applicable)"
