No PGXL utility amplifier detected unless I create it as remote connection and manually IP address

One morning I started this utility program and the software could not detect it anymore. 8400M works as normal but if I wanted to run SmartSDR v4.2.2 I needed a confirmation connect. I tried PGXL reset, re-installed PGXL 3.8.4, next the latest 3.9.1 without any success.

Win11 PRO with Norton VPN at On/Off,,, including booting.

The fix was by re-opening Norton, I got the option «Set to private network if secure» click [OK]. Now I am back to normal as before. This looks like Norton did an upgrade software without knowing it,,, No issue to connect 8400M, DXLab commander but just 4O3A utility program.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
