Additional Band Plan for SmartSDR

I would like to suggest that an additional option be added to the SmartSDR Band Plan selection. Keep the IARU selections, but add ARRL for the US. The primary reason is that FCC regulations strictly prohibit certain modes in specific bands that the IARU might suggest. For example, FCC rules prohibit phone operation below 7.125 MHz on the 40m band and 14.150 MHz on the 20m band, even though IARU guidelines may designate those lower frequency ranges for "all modes".

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
