The ATU MEM button crashing my radio

I'm having trouble using the MEM feature. Even when I right click the button to clear ATU memories and just tune a few bands on same antenna, it goes haywire and gives me the dreaded SWR return loss, Fault loss, errors and shuts the radio off.

Anyone else experiencing this phenomena?

My work around is to abandon the MEM feature and click ATU whenever I change bands.

SDR 4.2.20, Win 11

Thanks,

Hmmm??? that sounds weird. I would submit a Help Desk ticket and get some help from the Flex folks on diagnostics, etc.

HOWEVER, from what you've described, it sounds like a configuration/memories file has become corrupt and it might be time for a factory reset of the radio.

The HD folks can help you debug what's going on and next steps.

Thanks Don, a factory reset is a good idea. I'll save my profiles and do that! -Rod KU0W
