FYI: DAX button tooltip wrong/confusing

Options

I am getting 4.2.20 set up to work with N1MM in preperation for 13 colonies this week. I strugged to get DAX running because I forgot to click the "DAX" button on the P/CW panel in SmartSDR so I could then turn it on in the DAX panel.

Whew!

The button on the TX Stream panel was yellow and OFF. Hovering over it said

"This channel is selected for transmit, the radio is trying to transmit, but the channel is disabled. You must enable the channel by clicking the channel number."

What channel number?

What I had to do was find the grey DAX button on the "control ****" in the P/CW section and click it so it turned blue. Once I did that, the yellow Off button in the DAX panel turned blue and said On.

This was monumentally confusing. First, I had to go back and forth between disparate UI elements in SmartSDR, open each and every menu in settings looking for something, and, second, there is no "channel number" to enable.

Please take a look at the tooltip wording. What would be the impact of allowing me to click the yellow Off button, turning it on, and enabling DAX for me in the control panel?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
