I need help getting my Aurora 510 setup for SmartLink

My ISP is Xfinity. I use the Xfinity XB8 router. I have successfully registered my gear to use SmartLink. When I run the SmartLink Setup routine and Test the connection, the test fails and provides this feedback: "Radio cannot be accessed using SmartLink. UPnP Ports: TCP = FAIL, UDP = FAIL; Forward Ports: TCP = FAIL, UDP = FAIL; Hole Punch Supported: No"
I have run the TraceRoute routine with the following results:

Tracing route to 8.8.8.8 over a maximum of 30 hops

I have read that the existence of two IP addresses in the 10.x.x.x range is likely to be my problem, since that indicates I have multiple NATs and I need a single CG-NAT configuration for SmartLink to work. Am I on the right track and, if so, what do I need to do to overcome this problem. I am not very "network literate" so if I need to ask my ISP (Xfinity) to do something to reconfigure my service I'm not clear what I need to ask for. Has anyone had experience with this problem and especially any advice on how you resolved it would be greatly appreciated!

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
