ARI-500 stopped working

I am at my wits end.

I have used the ARI-500 to send frequency band data to my ALS-1300 from my 6300 for years. I recently purchased a newer PC and now it does not work. The lights on the AR-I500 will not turn on.

I have built my own cable in the past and have rebuilt it several times this week. I am using the USB to RS232 w/FTDI chipset adapter and cut the male end off of an old serial cable and same with an RJ45 cable to make the cable. ***Note: there seems to be some inconsistencies in the wiring of this DIY cable between the various Flex help docs and Flex community.

Any ideas what is going on?

New PC issue?

Any help is appreciated.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
