Aurora AU-520 SmartLink Registration: Unable to Register

I'm trying to register a new Aurora AU-520.

I'm logged in with my account and then I click on the blue SmartLink setup Icon.

As expected I get the yellow ! Not registered for SmartLink

I click on the blue Register button and it says Radio is connecting to Smartlink servers. Please wait.

I never get the opportunity to push my foot switch, it just sits there for a bit then reverts back to the screen that has a green connect and blue SmartLink Setup icon at the bottom.

The radio is connected to the internet. I was able to register early access.

Any ideas on how to get this new rig registered.

Rich,

Even though you never get the message to push the foot switch, PUSH it anyway several times while waiting.. That has worked for me .. Flex is investigating.
