Smartlink will not let me unregister

Just sold my Flex 8600 and I can't complete the unregister of smartlink, something i've done many times over the years.  I've reset the radio and went back to v4.2.18 but no luck the radio shows Radio is connectong to SmartLink servers. Please wait then that screen closes and the main connect radio shows back up. I need to ship this first thing tomorrow morning hoping this can be an easy fix - I put a help desk ticket in

    Hi Joe, as part of the unregister process, did you press the PTT or key when prompted? If not, it won't unregister. The idea is that you have to show that you are physically at the radio to register or unregister it. That way no one can hack in and do that remotely.

    Hi Len, The error was me for the most part. The Gui was not acting like it had in the past and giving me some type (forget what is was) info showing that I actually had PTT or CW input. it all worked out.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
