User account strategy

Am I the only one that is a bit bambuzzled by the way user accounts are set up? There is one account for Flex, another for Flex community, and another for smartlink.

first, do I have this correct? I am only really figuring this out because I want to use smartlink from my Mac, and can’t get the credentials correct (it works fine from both my iPad and my iPhone, and was set up on my PC using SmartsDR.

Forgive me if this concern has been previously discussed on the forum. A cursory search did not come up with a match.

    Hi Tod, yes that is correct - 3 different logins.

    Thanks for the fast reply - is there a password reset for smartlink, or do I de-register and register?

    I think that there is a "forgot password" button there somewhere that you can use if needed.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
