Early release upgrade

Early this month I upgraded to SmartSDR+ for $199. Recently I decided to go for Early Release ($299). I expected to pay only $100 after my $199 charge for SmartSDR+. Instead it was $299. So, I have now paid almost $500 for the software. I contacted Flex sales early this week and have heard nothing back. Not a happy camper.

    Couldn't you have cancelled the transaction when you saw the charge was $299?

    I recall that there was (is) a post that said that users who wanted to move from + to Early Access had to call them and let them do it. Seems like they might not have anticipated such an upgrade and the site was not set up to accept it. I am sure that they will fix this … remember that many were traveling.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
