8400M no receive and TX lock out issue

I do have a Help Desk ticket in however, with the wealth of experience on here, I'd like to ask if anyone has seen this problem and/or has any solution. Most likely I will have to send the radio for repair but just in case.

Switched 8400M on, booted normally. Launched SmartSDR, noticed nothing being received in terms of signals - there was sound in the speaker and deflection to S3 on the S-Meter but no signals heard or on panorama even on a busy band. Checked antenna input and antenna. This on ANT 1 with Ultrabeam yagi. Checked ANT 2 connected to various verticals via switch and no receive there either. I pressed TUNE to check SWR and got ‘Interlock is preventing transmission’ error.

I made factory reset of radio, no improvement. Took radio off network so it was completely stand-alone, same problems.

All bands / modes. Interlock with any type of input including tune, CW, digital even with the radio stand alone off network. I even tried downgrading to 4.1.5 in radio and SSDR but same problems. RX and TX appear to be locked out somehow.

Any suggestions please?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
