Maestro B update stops

I have a Maestro B which had been updated to v4.0.1. My Flex 6600 is running v4.1.5, and I updated the version on the Maestro appropriately. The desired version is checked as currently installed. However, the update is stuck on the screen showing a green bar and the message "SmartSDR Internal Software Updating. Please wait…" I have been waiting for 30 minutes, and nothing has happened. I turned off the power to the Maestro and rebooted it.

The device signs in to SmartLink without a hitch, but when I select the radio and tap Connect, it goes back to the Select a Version screen where the green bar persists, and I'm told to wait. The Cancel button is grayed out.

Any suggestions?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
