TGXL used with one FLEX and one non-FLEX radio

I've seen some strange beahvior recently regarding my TGXL. I have a Yaesu FTdx101D connected to port A of the TGXL and one of my FLEX 6600 outputs connected to port B of the TGXL. When things are working correctly, the TGXL display with indicated CAT for port A and my FLEX 6600 name for Port B, accurately tracking the transmit frequency of both radios. On occasion, Port B of the TGXL will show RF sense instead of the FLEX 6600 name. The only way for me to clear this is to go into the TGXL setup and declare both ports connected to the FLEX, then go back into setup and change Port A to the FTDX101D. The issue only shows up on Port B, setup as being connected to the FLEX. Port A is solid. Has anyone else seen this and is it worthy or opening a help ticket?

Dave,
TGXL firmware version is 1.2.17
ANT1 is connected to the B side of the TG.
Please don't tell me the software isn't flexible enough to allow ANT1 to be connected to the B side of the TG because if that is the case then it should not be available in the pull down menu. I would hope it'd be a minor SW correction, unless there is some HW reason for it.
Thanks for the reply, I'm anxious to hear your answer.

In CAT tab, have only A checked.
In Flex tab have only B cheerled, not both.
B should have s/n of your radio and set to Ant 1 and LAN.
If you still have issues, check network connections between Flex and TG as it’s sounds like you are losing LAN connection.
You can also factory reset the TG by holding in the OP/STBY button while turning it on and reconfiguring it.0 -
David,
That's how I have things configured and I'm still having the problem.
I am using DHCP for both the TGXL and the FLEX radio however, the TGXL interface and front panel show the IP address and the Flex Radio Setup Network tab shows the IP address and they are on the same network.
I've factory reset the TG and while that will correct it temporarily the issue returns.
Of note is that I will usually leave the TGXL interface up and running on the PC but I may exit and reopen the SmartSDR app.
