Flex remote connectivity issues

Hi

I try to use Flex SmartLink with SmartSDR to control my 8600 remotely for the fist time. Before that, I used to use 7610 with SDR Control app (same author) successfully.

I used fiber soft internet here. Even though, my panadapters freeze after 1-2 minutes once the connection is established. I need to reconnect to get it living, bu then - after 1-2 minutes - the same story…

I tested the low bandwidth option in the setting - no improvement.

Is there anything else I could try to keep the connection up? Like longer time out or something?

    PS. a friend of mine, using MultiFlex, is successfully connected to my Flex for over 2h.The only difference is that it is SmartSDR on Windows

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
