Difficulties getting video and audio using SmartSDR

Hello. I am a new Flex user. I have installed the Flex 6600M at my remote station. I am running the latest version of SmartSDR (4.1.5). I am able to connect to the 6600 using SmartSDR by using a laptop I have in the garage connected to the same ethernet switch as the Radio. However, when I attempt to connect to the radio using a wired connection from my cottage to the radio in the garage, SmartSDR, CAT and DAX all load successfully but there is no video or audio on the SmartSDR screen. I have also attempted to use another computer from the cottage (wired) and I get the same result. I checked and rechecked the IP addresses and setting but am still unable to connect to the radio. I have also reviewed available information on line without success.
Any assistance/guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
