Please update SSDR to recognize FTDI USB-to-Serial adapters with FT230X UART's.

Presently SSDR only recognizes cables that are connected to rotor controllers that use FTDI USB-to-Serial adapters with the FT232R and FT231X chips.  This presents very limited and expensive solutions for FlexRadio users that wish to utilize the passthrough feature on the new 8000 series transceivers.  For example, the popular ERC MINI DX and ERC-DUO, that use the FT230X chip, are relatively inexpensive rotor controllers that readily interface to the very popular Yaesu G800DXA/G1000DXA/G2800DXA and DXC rotors.  Please update SSDR to also recognize cables that have FTDI USB-to-Serial adapters with the FT230X chip.

PS: According to the manufacturer of the ERC-interfaces, they are designed to be used with USB-hosts on a Windows, Linux or a MacOS-machine, and this is why they use FT230X and it works as advertised on all these OS. The owner of the company informed me that the FT232RL has been obsolete for several years and that's why they replaced this chip in all their designs with the FT230X. This being the case, please consider making the 8000 series radios recognize USB UART's with FT230X chips.
