USB BCD polarity issues after SmartSDR 4.1.5?

After upgrading to SmartSDR 4.1.5 on a Flex-6700, I’m seeing a change in USB BCD polarity behavior with an external band-pass filter (SFR BF-100). With USB BCD set to Active Low, slice tuning works normally but the BF-100 does not follow bands; with Active High, the BF-100 switches correctly but tuning becomes unreliable and the TGXL reports Low RF Power. This same hardware chain worked normally for years prior to 4.1.5 with no cabling changes. Has anyone else noticed similar USB BCD / BIT polarity issues in 4.1.5, especially when using external filters, amps, or tuners?

Hi Alex, if you haven't already, try exporting your profiles followed by a factory reset. If that doesn't work, submit a help desk ticket.

I see that we have worked a couple of times in the MST on 40 meter CW. It is always nice to work a fellow Flex owner!
