SmartCAT not creating ports

Something wonky happened and SmartCAT is not seeing all the Flex COM ports in device manager. They are all there and active (not grayed out). But they don't show in SmartCat.

When I try to create a new port in SC I get an error saying to check the settings but they are all correct. Not using a port showing in device manager and no hidden ports.

Should I reinstall SSDR 4.1.5?

Delete current one first?

Thanks

Greg

Remember com port 1 also has a matching com port 101... com port 10 has a matching com port of 110... make sure you see both. If you allow the system to create automatically it makes both. If you get into advanced mode you risk selecting mismatched pairs and nothing works. These things are like virtual ports theres two ends. In and out. Erika K0DD

Thanks but not the problem. Appreciate the insight though!

Resolved. Uninstalled everything again but this time I also deleted all the appdata files. Working well again!! It was the appdata files that got corrupted. Dudley also showed me that when you Right click on REMOVE in SmartCAT there is a reset option. Did not know that.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
